The Endiy Shop makes products that are 100% made to order. I am only one person making all these orders, so mistakes are very much uncommon but life happens! If upon delivery you see anything wrong with your order, please reach out so we can figure out the best solution! While we don't accept returns, we definitely will provide a solution. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org send your item to our store address (will be provided)
Please allow 6-8 business days for your order to be processed and made to order.
Once fulfilled, shipping (depending on the ship option you chose) usually takes 3-4 business days to deliver.

Lost/Missing Items: You can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package, the sender or the intended receiver can initiate a claim.
USPS is responsible for ALL missing items.
Please file a claim directly with the carrier. Once claims are approved, I will gladly work with you to either send a replacement!
